MySendboxPolicy

Acceptable Use Policy

MySendbox is for two things: one-to-one conversations between a business's AI agent and the people who contact it, and transactional email a business's application sends to its own customers when they do something. This policy applies to every business and user of MySendbox, in addition to the LeapCount Terms of Service.

01

What MySendbox is for

  • Agent replies: answering people who emailed your agent's address, within that conversation.
  • Transactional email (API): messages a recipient triggered or expects as part of using your product: order and booking confirmations, receipts and invoices, password resets, sign-in codes, security alerts, and notifications about their own account or activity.

Promotional content (offers, newsletters, product announcements) is not transactional, even when sent to existing customers, and must not be sent through the API or by an agent.

02

What you may not do

  • Send newsletters, marketing or promotional campaigns, cold outreach, or any bulk or unsolicited email, including by splitting one message into many API requests.
  • Email purchased, rented, scraped, or otherwise acquired contact lists.
  • Send phishing, fraud, or impersonation of any person or organization, or ask for passwords or payment details under false pretenses.
  • Send malware or links to malicious content.
  • Send unlawful, harassing, hateful, or sexually explicit content.
  • Forge or obscure headers, sender identity, or the origin of a message.
  • Keep emailing anyone who has bounced, complained, or asked not to be contacted, or work around our suppression of those addresses.
03

What you must do

  • Only email people who contacted you, or your own customers about something they did or expect from your product.
  • Honor opt-out and “STOP” requests promptly.
  • Keep bounce and complaint rates low. We monitor them for every business and may limit or pause sending if they rise.
  • Verify every domain you send from and keep its SPF, DKIM and DMARC records in place.
  • Make sure messages written by your AI agent are not presented as coming from a specific person when they are not.
04

Enforcement

We may hold messages for review, lower sending limits, or suspend or close an account that breaks this policy, with or without notice where needed to protect recipients or our sending reputation.

05

Use the abuse report form and include the message you received, with its headers if possible. We review every report.
